The Spanish giants will not have to travel far for their round of 16, facing OL at Parc OL, quite close from Satolas airport. Barça prevailed against Tottenham, Inter and PSV Eindhoven. Lyon finished as runners-up against Manchester City, Shakhtar Donezk and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

AS Roma vs. FC Porto

The Portuguese club travels to what was last years conquerors of no more than the might FC Barcelona. Porto prevailed from a group that contained Schalke 04 from Germany, Galatasaray from Turkey and Lokomotiv Moscow, the Russian champions. Hosts Roma finished in second position behind Real Madrid, which is no shame and beat Viktoria Plzen and CSKA to qualify for the round of 16.

Manchester United vs. Paris St-Germain

After the well-publicised departure of one José Mourinho, Man United has found some form again. Caretaker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still undefeated and will surely be looking to defeat PSG too. ManU found themselves in a pool with Juventus, Valencia and Swiss champions Young Boys, where they finished second behind Juve. On the other hand, PSG finished on top of a tight group against Liverpool, Napoli and Red Star Belgrade.

Ajax Amsterdam vs. Real Madrid

Hosts Ajax finished in second position behind the German serial champions, but they gave the Germans some tough tasks that both finished in draws. Other teams in Ajax' group were Benfica and AEK Athens. Real won the group agains AS Roma, Viktoria Plzen and CSKA Moscow, despite losing two matches.

Tottenham Hotspur vs. Borussia Dortmund

The leaders of the German Bundesliga are traveling to London, where they will play against Tottenham Hotspur, who are a little bit behind in the Premier League, but not quite beaten just yet. They will of course fly there with their "own" Airbus A320:

The Italian Serie A had the great idea to take the Italian Super Cup to Saudi Arabia, after ventures to other venues like China and Qatar before.
